Abhishek is a computational scientist associated with dGTEx and NHP-dGTEx projects. His current focus is on single nuclei RNA-seq data analyses in a variety of human tissues.

Abhishek completed his PhD in Mathematics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), New York in 2019. His prior experiences includes postdoctoral work in clinical trial proteomics and GWA-studies at Amgen pharmaceutical, Iceland, and in global and community health at Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
