Jide is a PhD candidate at MIT’s Computational & Systems Biology (CSB) program, coadvised by Gad Getz & Aviv Regev. Jide works at the intersection of single cell genomics and cancer. He studies the interplay between somatic mutations and transcription in the context of tumor evolution.
