Antonia is a PhD student in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences program at Harvard Medical School. Prior to beginning her PhD, Antonia received a bachelor’s degree in Biological Physics from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada in 2023.

In the Getz Lab, Antonia is developing computational methods to characterize patterns of structural variation in cancer, with the ultimate goal of improving patient stratification for precision oncology. In her free time, she enjoys reading, staying active, and working on sustainability projects.
