Saveliy Belkin, Senior Software Engineer, joined the Getz Lab in November 2020. His primary project is to help the lab organize data and computational resources. He also participates in the development of multiple portals for the lab.
He received his Ph.D. in Computational Biology from the University of Kansas in 2019, and then he did his postdoctoral studies at UT Southwestern Medical Center studying structures of protein networks. In the summertime, Saveliy enjoys hiking, during hibernation (colder seasons) he likes watching movies, and playing games in his free time.
