Samantha joined the Getz Lab as an intern in May 2022, continued her internship while finishing her undergraduate degree at Penn State University majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Biomedical Engineering, and joined the lab full time as an Associate Software Engineer in July 2023. She is currently working to develop standardized visualizations to incorporate in the new Getz Lab Project portal to streamline upstream analysis. Outside of the lab, she enjoys spending time on Lake Winnipesaukee with her family, doing yoga, and reading.
