Mia is a rising senior at UCLA majoring in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. At UCLA, she is involved in undergraduate research where she studies the dietary effects of aKG on lung adenocarcinoma.

As a BSRP summer intern in the Getz Lab, she is investigating how different types of HER2 alterations influence the response to HER2 targeted therapies.

Outside of the lab, Mia can be found running, drawing, in the gym, at a cafe, or bothering friends and family with cat content (she loves cats).
