An alum of Carleton College, Sam joined the Getz Lab in 2021. Having previously worked in the healthcare IT industry, he now maintains the lab’s in-house workflow engine, wolF, to ensure that its computational analysis pipelines run efficiently. He has also contributed to numerous internal and external-facing web tools that organize and showcase the lab’s scientific output.

Outside of work, Sam is a pianist, violinist and singer who performs regularly across the Northeast.
